Dr. Kim and her team deserve nothing but 5 stars. With 2 senior cats and 2 dogs, we are regulars at this location. We have been to many different vets in the past 10 years, but I no longer feel the need to shop around because I know that the care we receive here is top-notch. I am never left wondering if we can do more, because the care is thorough and the options are clearly laid out. Some other reviews have commented on pricing, but having been around the block with many pets, I don't see a major difference between this clinic and others that provide the same level of service and care. One of my favourite aspects of this clinic is the low stress environment, with a quiet reception area. The staff here go out of their way to ensure a low stress experience for your pet, to try and create as much of a positive experience for them as they can so that future visits can also go smoothly. I'm not sure if they are certified fear-free, but they certainly practice fear-free methods in all interactions. It's hard to find veterinary practices that are owned and operated by the main DVM, so this place is special because you are also supporting a local and small business. The care from the staff here is so genuine - highly recommend.
